Payment Terms
- Cashless payment (via secure WayForPay service);
- Cash in our showroom or upon courier delivery in Kyiv;
- Cash on delivery is possible at Nova Poshta branch when receiving the order (with an advance payment of UAH 200);
- Payment outside Ukraine is made via WayForPay service with 100% prepayment.
Delivery within Ukraine
Nova Poshta
Delivery is carried out within 1-2 days from the date of ordering if the product is available in our showroom. Delivery cost depends on the order amount and weight of the goods.
Ukrposhta
Delivery is carried out within 3-4 days from the date of ordering if the product is available in our showroom. Delivery cost depends on the order amount and weight of the goods.
Pickup at our store
You can pick up the product at the address: Kyiv, 14-A Yaroslaviv Val St. (near the Zoloti Vorota metro station).
Mon-Sat: 9:00 – 20:00.
Sun: 10:00 – 19:00.
Delivery within Kyiv
Courier delivery within Kyiv: 149 UAH.
Delivery outside Ukraine
Ukrposhta
Delivery time varies from 10 to 25 days. The cost depends on the parameters and weight of the parcel.
Nova Poshta
Fast delivery at carrier prices. It usually takes 5-10 days. If you need a delivery abroad specifically by Nova Poshta, please contact our managers.
UPS
Express delivery to any point in the world. Delivery time is 5-9 days. The cost depends on the parameters and weight of the parcel.
Returns and Exchanges
It is important to us that our clothes bring pleasure to their wearer. Therefore, if the clothes you receive do not fit for one reason or another, you have the opportunity to return or exchange them for another size within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the clothes must be in their original condition, including tags and labels.
The same applies to other goods. It is mandatory to preserve the appearance of the goods and all tags.
Return costs are at the expense of the buyer. Refunds for the goods are made after we receive the clothes and check whether they are of appropriate quality.
