Warranty and Returns

• Return shipping and a return request must be made no later than two weeks after you receive your order (details are sent via email after request);
• Refunds are processed as soon as possible after the store receives and inspects the goods;
• The full cost of the goods is refunded, minus payment system and/or delivery service commissions;
• Returned items must not show signs of wear; original tags and labels must be preserved in their original condition;
• Shipping is at your expense.

Procedure for Product Exchange

Contact our manager to clarify all the details of the exchange. If the size, color, or style did not suit you, you have 14 days to return it.
