Independence Square collage with bullets and enameled flag
A collage created by master jewelers with deep symbolism.
“Glory to Ukraine!” and “Glory to the heroes!” are a pair of greetings that appeared in the 20th century but began to be used en masse during the Revolution of Dignity in 2013-2014. The peaceful protest of Ukrainians for the right to join Europe, which took place on Independence Square, clearly showed the whole world that Ukraine chooses its own path. The Heavenly Hundred — people who gave their lives for this idea — became a symbol of the revolutionary movement.
The silver-plated bas-relief depicting Independence Square features the name of the capital, Kyiv, three copies of cartridges as symbols of armed confrontation, and the blue and yellow Ukrainian flag, decorated with Italian jewelry enamels, against which the most important Ukrainian greeting today is visible.
This is not just a status symbol or a bright picture, it is a symbol of respect: for our history, for the people who create it every day, for the courage and strength of the Ukrainian people.
