Payment Terms

• Cashless payment (via secure WayForPay service);
• Cash in our showroom or upon courier delivery in Kyiv;
• Cash on delivery is possible at Nova Poshta branch when receiving the order (with an advance payment of UAH 200);
• Payment outside Ukraine is made via WayForPay service with 100% prepayment.
• If payment is made directly on the website, the delivery cost is fixed. Otherwise, it depends on the carrier's rates.

Delivery

• Pickup: Kyiv, 14-A Yaroslaviv Val St. (near the Zoloti Vorota metro station).
  Mon-Sat: 9:00 – 20:00.
  Sun: 10:00 – 19:00.
• Courier (Kyiv): 199 UAH.
• Nova Poshta: 1-2 days from the date of ordering if the product is available in our showroom. Delivery cost depends on the order amount and weight of the goods.
• Nova Poshta international delivery: 5-10 days from the date of ordering if the item is available in our showroom. Delivery cost depends on the order amount and parcel weight. If you would like to use Nova Poshta for delivery, please contact our manager.
• Ukrposhta: 3-4 days from the date of ordering if the product is available in our showroom. Delivery cost depends on the order amount and weight of the goods.
• Ukrposhta International: 10-25 days. The cost depends on the parameters and weight of the parcel.
• UPS: 5-9 days. The cost depends on the parameters and weight of the parcel.

• We do not recommend washing by hand or in a washing machine, or soaking.
• We recommend dry cleaning for delicate fabrics.
• When ironing, use an additional layer of fabric on the reverse side of the silk; we recommend steam ironing.
