Men's Slovo shirt with the symbols of the Executed Renaissance
A modern embroidered shirt is unique, up-to-date and dedicated to history. Thus, the men's embroidered shirt Slovo has a modern style and reminds us of a tragic page in the history of Ukrainian culture.
This is a comfortable natural linen oversized button-down shirt whose embroidery has a deep meaning for every Ukrainian.
In the 1920s, when there was a policy of nationalization, the famous Kharkiv house for Ukrainian writers “Слово” (Word) was built. Even the shape of the building was in the form of the letter C.
At first, the artists thought they were in a wonderful place. In reality, they were trapped. In 1933, our intelligentsia, gathered in this house, was repressed and destroyed.
The shirt depicts the symbols of these artists, whom we know today as the Executed Renaissance.
The goats are in honor of the artist Anatolii Petrytskyi.
The waves are in honor of Mykola Khvylovyi.
The straight lines, like strips of birch, are a dedication to Les Kurbas and his Berezil Theater.
Cherries are a symbol of the writer Ostap Vyshnia (Pavlo Hubenko). As Vyshnia in Ukrainian means "cherry".
The grapes are a sign of Valeriy Polishchuk, author of the Grono almanac (Grono in Ukrainian means "a bunch of grapes").
The fir tree branch is a reference to Mykhailo Yalovyi.
The birds (crows) are symbols of the cars in which the artists were followed and taken away forever: Volga and Seagull.

- Cashless payment (via secure WayForPay service);

- Ukrposhta: 3-4 days from the date of ordering if the product is available in our showroom. Delivery cost depends on the order amount and weight of the goods.
- Ukrposhta International: 10-25 days. The cost depends on the parameters and weight of the parcel.
- UPS: 5-9 days. The cost depends on the parameters and weight of the parcel.
It is important to us that our clothing brings satisfaction to its owner. Therefore, if the clothing you received does not fit for one reason or another, you have the opportunity to return it or exchange it for another size within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the clothing must be in a resalable condition, including tags and labels.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds for the product are made from the moment we receive the clothing and verify its proper condition.
